Omertà sees Silent Titan summon lyricists from all corners of the globe to speak their truths on honour, loyalty and freedom. It’s the ST manifesto to provide a palette for lyricists to build upon and express their ideas. Omertà is a refusal to bow down to a contentless industry by developing a sincere aesthetic. This is shown through the purity of the production throughout Omerta, speaking volumes in vibrations, this is sonic unity painted on the ear canvas of the listener. From early outings on Obese Records and prior work with the likes of MED, Blu and Kota The Friend, ST excels with forward thinking leanings for the modern verge of the Hip Hop listener.

Featuring stand out collaborations with Skyzoo and Charlie Smarts (Kooley High), Omerta is a triumph for ST and the Low Key Source label. The first single featuring Anthony OKS already receiving industry support the world over, the rest of the album cements ST as a worldwide player. Dropping on Digital and Vinyl October 29 via Sydney label Low Key Source.

Titan, who has been making a name for himself as a producer in Australia for the past 15 years, is eager to see how worldwide Hip Hop fans will take to his sound. “I always want to make records that can’t be pin-pointed or linked directly to one corner of the globe”, he says. His production style sees him carrying on the legacy of iconic sample-based producers such as Pete Rock and Madlib, building on the tradition that the greats have established before him.

Sewing his seeds early, taking to the MPC 1000 straight out of High School, ST’s first touches on production came as a member of Sydney Hip Hop group Thundamentals, producing their first EP and Full length album. Shortly after this initial growth he went his seperate ways with the group and released his first solo album ‘For The Rest of My Days’ which was released and distributed by the now defunct Obese Records and LA powerhouse Fatbeats. The Album cemented his approach with feature verses from Hip Hop royalty such as Ohno, M.E.D and Prince Po (Organised Konfusion).

From this initial album, Titan has gone from strength to strength, dropping his follow up record ‘Outercircle Movements’ via Soulspazm in 2012, cementing himself as one of Australia’s most in demand Hip Hop and beats producers.

Achieving local acclaim with the release ‘Equilibrium’, a collaborative album with Obese Records legend Pegz. Dropping his ‘Quiet Elevation’ EP in 2019 on Low Key Source featuring Stones Throw collaborators Blu and M.E.D, indie rap legend KOTA The Friend, Ozay Moore and Raff Alpha, the EP received warm international support, spurring on more collaborative ammo in the form of his projects ‘Remote Cinematic’ and most recently ‘Wisdom’. Titan also recently collaborated with melbourne lyrical legend Onesixth on the singles ‘Nunc Est Bibendum’ and ‘Dreams’. In 2019 he also contributed a track to ‘The Nature’ a compilation of Aussie Soul music on german label Tokyo Dawn Records.

His latest offering ‘How Life Won’ featuring Anthony OKS, the first single from the forthcoming EP ‘Omerta’ is a true indication of a producer who is able to mould a sound that is unique yet familiar, poignant yet ground breaking.
